This article describes several actions the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) took in 2015 to address several housing issues such as homelessness, harassment and liability under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), shelter access consistent with individuals’ gender identity, and the use of arrest records in housing decisions.
