This report highlights three alternative housing models to helping survivors of inter-personal violence (IPV) achieve more equitable housing outcomes. The housing models discussed here include: a state coalition that is building permanent housing using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs); a regional IPV program that is leading community workforce and housing development; and finally, immigrant-led organizations that are developing housing, employment, and child-care cooperatives to resist gentrification and housing discrimination.
