This report provides an overview of a Domestic Violence Housing First Rapid Re-Housing Demonstration Project that was implemented by LifeWire, a domestic violence program in Washington State. The evaluation includes a review of procedures and program participants, services and funding delivered to survivors, and key findings from the program.
