This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) guide is related to the FY2019 CoC Program Competition. Through the availability of Domestic Violence bonus funds, programs who serve survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, and/or sexual assault are eligible to apply. Through a local Continuum of Care (CoC), these funds enable communities to provide
support for survivors who may be unsheltered or facing challenges to obtaining or securing permanent housing.
