Anticipated topics of discussion include providing housing support to rural survivors in COVID-19 “hotspot” communities, use of rapid re-housing or other alternative housing resources, and strategies to engage and sustain landlords in rural communities.
Presenters:
- Paul Fockler, Northwest Domestic Crisis Services
- Nancy Bryan, Ruth's Cottage and The Patticake House
The special topic series is designed to give advocates a chance to learn more about the available housing funding for survivors, ask questions, process issues, and provide mutual support on the impact of the COVID-19 virus in safe housing programs.
