This webinar provides an overview of the HUD Universal Data Elements in relation to Comparable Database selection for DV providers. The webinar provides information on best policies and practices for planning, implementing, and managing a Comparable Database, including record retention, data records, and factors that HUD-funded victim service providers must consider when selecting a Comparable Database in order to be in compliance with confidentiality requirements under VAWA/VOCA, and FVPSA.
